This was our second visit to Tropical Deluxe Princess (came the same time last year) and our stay was even better this time. The resort is absolutely stunning! It’s smaller, well planned out and never feels too crowded which we love. The family rooms are spacious and perfect with separate areas and bathrooms for adults and kids, beds are comfortable, showers have good pressure - everything you would want. We found the food to be a lot better this time compared to last year and were really happy with everything. We even ran into a lot of staff from last year and it was nice that they recognised us and welcomed us back like old friends. We travelled as a group of 9, including young kids, parents and grandparents and the resort catered to all. A special thank you to Alexandra at the kids club for taking such good care of our boys, to Andres and Patricio at the platinum club for the best drinks and lunches, Emilio for his amazing energy and friendliness with the whole family and though I didn’t get his name, the amazing young man who made us eggs and omelettes every morning at the buffet. We will be back!

The gardens, paths, animals and atmosphere in the resort were stunning and it felt very Caribbean. Staff do an excellent job to keep it well maintained. The beach was nice and not crowded. There was lots of food options, including à la carte restaurants. Entertainment was fun. The reception area and the lobby were beautiful and we were offered welcome drinks.

- after encountering several issues with a previous stay, we had a room upgrade to one of the nicest rooms (the one with the Jacuzzi). The room is worth the money if you want to book it specifically! - the view, location and food were all amazing, and the restaurant options are great - the pool with the bar adds a nice touch - the activities are quite fun and if you want, you can spend the whole day doing them, or just relax - the hotel provides out-of-the-box, organized activities. Just ask the hotel staff, and they'll tell you everything!

We liked the fact that we could see animals in it, my toddler was delighted with the pool. My elder daughter had her best time at the ice cream parlor. Staff members were all amazing to us. We had to enjoy different menus per day at the buffet…🤭 leaving with extra pounds!!!! Amazing soap in the bedroom!!!

They have great pools, including the kids one. The family room is spacious and comfortable. The restaurants are really good. It's a great placento stay with kids.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation, for the care with which you take care of every tourist and try to make everyone feel good. For cleaning up the algae, for the people who work at the reception, the waiters, the cooks, everyone who cares about cleanliness, for the children's room, for the space you created with love, for the wonderful rooms, it's a pity that there is no elevator, but we managed with the child, thank you for the vacation

The property was beautiful. I love everything about the property besides the food offered at the buffet, and for some reason, every night in my room, I had a big bug. Now I will say that someone came to save me every time. So, the service was provided promptly even with a slight language barrier. I believe that because my room was right across from the pool and on the ground level is why they found my room. The TV stopped working the last two days off my trip, which didn't bother me because we weren't in the room other than to shower and sleep. The toilet did run for a while after each use. But all in all, I would definitely come back just for the property and service, but I will only eat at the hibachi restaurant.lol.
